Rhoda, the owner, went above and beyond by contacting us beforehand to let us know about a heating issue and upgraded us to another caravan. This was a huge bonus considering the chilly weather during our visit. the new caravan was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for our family of three. We received detailed instructions ahead of time, making check-in a breeze. the location was great, with beautiful views of the bay and just a short walk to the town. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Swanage's shops and the stunning walks along the cliffs. We were also able to easily drive to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. a lovely and comfortable stay!
Nothing bad to say 😊.

The owner was kind enough to inform us in advance that the heating was not working in the caravan we had booked, and upgraded us to another one. This was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the cold weather. The caravan itself was cozy and had all the necessary facilities, including blankets for stargazing. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay, and just a short walk to town. Despite a small issue with the oven trays and frying pan not being clean, it was easily resolved. a fantastic holiday experience. Highly recommended.

The hosts were friendly and provided all the necessary information ahead of time. The caravan was well equipped and the photos online didn't do it justice. The location was stunning with beautiful views and great walks.
It got quite cold at night, even with the heating on. The bedroom could have had a better heater to keep it warm.

The location of the cabin was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and an easy walk to the waterfront. It provided a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. the cabin itself was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. the owners were helpful and responsive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.
It would be beneficial to have a better heater in the bedroom to provide sufficient warmth. parking could be a little tight for those with larger vehicles or vans.

We had an amazing time at Swanage Bay Caravan! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the bay and just a short walk into town. The caravan itself was cosy and clean, with thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and blankets for stargazing. Despite the chilly nights, we stayed warm with the duvets and gas fire. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to make our own meals. a fantastic holiday and highly recommended!
The only minor issues we encountered were a tight drive to get onto and the oven trays and frying pan not being perfectly clean. However, these were easily resolved and didn't greatly impact our stay.

The view from the caravan was absolutely stunning, with amazing sunsets over the sea. the bed in the caravan was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Despite having two heaters, they were not sufficient to heat up the entire space. This was quite uncomfortable, especially during the chilly winter evenings.
